AED 1,000 and above FREE Delivery

The free-delivery threshold is calculated using the eligible order subtotal. Any exclusions or additional charges will be shown at checkout.

Additional Fees: A platform fee or other applicable charge may apply to an order. Any such charge should be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to process orders promptly and deliver them as soon as possible. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, product availability, courier operations, and the time the order is placed.

  • Estimated delivery: Delivery is generally expected within 1 to 3 business days across the UAE, subject to availability and the delivery location.
  • Order processing: Orders are processed according to our operating schedule. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Where available, the estimated delivery date or timeframe will be shown during the ordering process or communicated through your order confirmation.

Address Changes & Order Tracking

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact BabyLife customer support as soon as possible and provide your order number and the corrected address.

Address changes may be possible before an order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the courier, changes may no longer be possible or may require additional coordination.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available for your order, it will be shared through the applicable order communication or tracking facility.

Tracking information may take some time to appear after dispatch. If you need help locating your order, contact our customer support team with your order number.

Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

Please ensure that your delivery address and UAE contact number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.

  • Delivery coordination: The courier may contact you to coordinate delivery or confirm your availability.
  • Unsuccessful delivery: If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may arrange another attempt or provide instructions for the next step. Any applicable redelivery arrangements will depend on the courier and order circumstances.
  • Incorrect contact details: Incorrect or unreachable contact information may delay delivery or prevent the courier from completing it.
Important: If you expect to be unavailable, please contact customer support as early as possible so we can advise you on the available options.

Care & Maintenance
  • Frequent cleaning with a clean buff cloth without any residue of any cleaning products removes dirt.
  • Dusting with a dry cloth can scratch, so lightly spritz your cleaning cloth with water.
  • A vacuum cleaner will effectively remove any dust from surfaces and crevices.
  • Always use a coaster for drinks, and be mindful of any other potential sources of water damage, such as flower vases.
  • Sharp objects can cut right through the surface of the wood, leaving behind unsightly scratches and gouges.
  • Do not place hot utensils directly on the table top to avoid damage and discoloration
  • Avoid direct sunlight as it will affect your furniture. It can cause
your furniture to lose its shine and luster and begin to fade.
  • The table is designed to hold food, crockery and utensils, not heavy objects.
  • Avoid sitting, standing, or jumping on the dining table or chairs. Also
do not throw heavy objects on the table, as this may damage the
    product.
