We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
In transit times will vary depending on location and the carrier method selected. You can expect delivery between 1-3 working days.

How do I place an Order?
Click on the product that you are interested in.
- Choose a size of the product.
- You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.
- Click “ADD TO CART” button on the right.
- Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CART” button.
- Select your payment method.
- Check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email. and Click Checkout.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact a member of the customer service team (via +971 055–811–0032) if you need to make an amendment to your order (this is not guaranteed if outside time frame). If you need to cancel, please follow the steps here.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Note: you can always check out as a guest without creating an account. On checkout, you’ll be presented with an option to create an account and save your order. You can skip this step to check out as a guest.

How Can I Return a Product?
We are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the UAE. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us, he can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

- To initiate the return, you can contact us via phone on +971 055–811–0032 or visit our Help Centre or contact us by creating a ticket. You can also live chat with us 24 hours by clicking on the right bottom-hand corner of your device/desktop browser.
- We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.
- Your credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is collected back.
- You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like.
